Job Title: Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher
Location: Painted Post, NY
Position Overview: Seeking a passionate DHH Teacher to support students with hearing impairments. Responsibilities include developing IEPs, providing instruction in ASL and oral communication, and collaborating with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Deaf Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- New York State teaching certification in Deaf Education or ability to obtain
- Experience working with DHH students
- Proficiency in ASL preferred
